				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Radio Dept. n&#8217;est pas le plus médiatisé des fers de lance du shoegazing. Il fut pourtant le plus passionnant. On en parle au passé, car ces trois Suédois têtus changent leur fusil d&#8217;épaule avec ce quatrième album. Oh, les guitares et les pédales d&#8217;effet ne sont pas totalement délaissées mais le parti-pris de ce disque est avant tout le groove. L&#8217;ouverture <em>Sloboda Narodu</em> (« liberté pour le peuple » en serbe) évoque Primal Scream circa-Screamadelica, <em>We Got Game</em> salue Pet Shop Boys, quand <em>Committed to The Cause</em> traîne la patte sur des rythmes baggy. La production finaude et le songwriting malin évitent le revivalisme stérile, et le sous-texte politique (à gauche toute) tranche avec le tout-venant pop, globalement peu concerné, comme élevé hors-sol. Perfekt !</p>
