				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tout, dans cette quarantaine de minutes, fleure bon l&#8217;occulte, l&#8217;étrange, l&#8217;inexplicable, le non-dit… et l&#8217;heure du thé, aussi. <a href="http://www.childrenofalice.com/" target="_blank">Children Of Alice</a> réunit de vieilles connaissances britanniques : James Cargill et Roj Stevens (les &#8220;rescapés&#8221; de Broadcast), accompagnés du graphiste et musicien Julian House (The Focus Group). Trait d&#8217;union entre Warp et Ghost Box, les trois amis composent des <em>soundscapes</em> escarpés, torturés, à la fois angoissants et terriblement familiers – des sons de tous les jours ou de l&#8217;enfance, comme issus de vieilles séries TV, des bruits de jouets d&#8217;hier… Regrettée chanteuse de Broadcast, Trish Keenan (1968-2011) était une inconditionnelle d&#8217;<em>Alice au pays des merveilles</em>. On retrouve ici la même douceur empoisonnée.</p>
