				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><em>Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Robocop</em> ou <em>Twilight</em> lui doivent leurs effets spéciaux. Spécialiste de l&#8217;animation en volume, Phil Tippett aura passé 30 ans à tourner <em>Mad God</em> le week-end, dans son garage, avec des amis. Débutant par la destruction de la tour de Babel, le film révèle un scénario minimal : un assassin énigmatique explore un monde peuplé de créatures immondes, de chirurgiens sadiques et de victimes expiatoires. C&#8217;est peu dire qu&#8217;il faut avoir l&#8217;estomac bien accroché pour supporter ce voyage au cœur de la matière. Celui-ci ne manque toutefois pas de visions saisissantes. Évoquant les toiles de Jérôme Bosch, <em>Mad God</em> déploie sa fable métaphysique sur la grandeur et la décadence de l&#8217;humanité dans des paysages affolants, dont l&#8217;œil cherche à scruter chaque détail.</p>
