				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>En 2017 paraissait le premier LP de Trees Speak, alias derrière lequel se cache l&#8217;artiste visuel Daniel Martin Diaz – épaulé par son batteur de frère, Damian. L&#8217;Américain y prouvait qu&#8217;il n&#8217;était pas manchot à l&#8217;heure de composer des morceaux instrumentaux planants et fortement marqués par le rock allemand des seventies. On jurerait, à écouter ces 43 minutes en apesanteur, être tombé sur quelques incunables signés Neu !, Can ou Tangerine Dream. Certes, il n&#8217;y a rien de nouveau sous le soleil. Cette relecture du krautrock et de la <em>kosmische Musik</em> relève de la musique de genre, comme il existe un cinéma de genre, avec ses codes, ses lois et ses canons. Mais dans son… genre, Diaz se révèle un maestro.</p>
