				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Is Tropical, ce fut avant tout un tube implacable en 2009 (<em>When O When</em>), des concerts remarqués avec Klaxons ou Crystal Fighters, puis un premier album bien plat et décevant (<em>Native To</em>, 2011). Pourtant, sur scène, le trio, qui a fait ses classes dans l&#8217;une de ces artschools londoniennes pourvoyeuses de talents, révélait la puissance rentrée de ces chansons a priori banales. Refrains entêtants, guitares saturées et boîtes à rythmes surexcitées conféraient un nouvel éclat à des morceaux qu&#8217;on avait jugés plus ternes sur la platine. Aujourd&#8217;hui, rebelote ? Si <em>I&#8217;m Leaving</em>, deuxième essai produit par Luke Smith (Foals, We Have Band), souffre d&#8217;un manque d&#8217;idée certain, ceci sera rapidement oublié sur scène, où leur énergie communicative balaie toutes nos réserves !</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>En marge de la concurrentielle industrie du live, Leffingeleuren tire son épingle du jeu avec une programmation singulière. Ici, on écarte scrupuleusement les cumulards de l&#8217;été (pas le moindre Metronomy, Selah Sue, Shaka Ponk ou Stuck In The Sound à l&#8217;horizon). Clôturant la saison des festivals, cet événement privilégie les jeunes pousses indie (Tu Fawning, Big Harp, Spinvis, The Subways) et le retour de groupes attendus (Beirut, Japandroids, Joss Stone, Staff Benda Bilili). Depuis 36 ans, il parachève une formule qui marche, préférant la qualité à la quantité. Un public fidèle, des conditions d&#8217;écoute optimales, cette manifestation en bordure de mer a des allures de Route du Rock belge. Le plus petit des grands festivals ?</p>
