				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Plein air oblige, <a href="https://jazzmiddelheim.be/" target="_blank">ce festival sis dans le parc Den Brandt</a> libère les esgourdes des sons trop entendus ailleurs. Fureteuse, son affiche s&#8217;enorgueillit d&#8217;une palanquée de &#8220;grands noms&#8221; d&#8217;hier et de demain. Au rayon des valeurs sûres, citons John Zorn, Laurie Anderson, Bill Laswell ou Michel Portal (l&#8217;octogénaire signait en mars le remarquable <em>MP85</em>). Quant à l&#8217;avenir, il appartient sans doute au jeune Samuel Ber. En solo ou avec la paire Dumoulin-Malaby, le Belge confère un élan nouveau à la batterie jazz.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>En face du musée de plein air de Middelheim, le parc Den Brandt donne le change avec ses grands hêtres, ses jolies fleurs… et son festival de jazz. On le sait, la note bleue est affaire d&#8217;ouverture. On le vérifie les pieds dans l&#8217;herbe en écoutant <a href="https://www.kamasiwashington.com/" target="_blank">Kamasi Washington</a> ou Yasiin Bey et <a href="http://www.talibkweli.com/" target="_blank">Talib Kweli</a>, qui ressuscitent le projet Black Star avec les cuivres de l&#8217;<a href="https://www.hypnoticbrassensemble.com/" target="_blank">Hypnotic Brass Ensemble</a>. Du lourd !</p>

Le reste du temps, le palpitant aura battu au rythme de Herbie Hancock ET Wayne Shorter (excusez du peu). Sans oublier Stacey Kent, Avishai Cohen Trio accompagné de cordes, ou le monument Ahmad Jamal.</p>
